KSK Breast Center Receives ACR Accreditation for New Mammography Equipment

We are pleased to announce that our mammography machines have received ACR accreditation, which signifies that the KSK Breast Center has undergone a rigorous review by the American College of Radiology to ensure it meets national accepted standards of care.

The American College of Radiology, headquartered in Reston Virginia, awards accreditation to facilities for the achievement of high-practice standards after a peer-review evaluation of the practice. Evaluations are conducted by board-certified physicians and medical physicists who are experts in their fields. They assess the qualifications of the personnel and the adequacy of the equipment during the review.
